Accent Training Needed For Indian Call Center Workers!

This was one of the small incident that happened yesterday, when Brummie Viv Tomkins, a retired paramedic, 59, found herself talking to some Indian customer care service center, of a mobile service providers, to land up with difficulty in getting a proper response for a query. They had tough time following her accent. This is nothing new that these days, call centers, in general, hospitality centers get people into the job not for passion but for money, that they hardly know and understand what hospitality is or the meaning of courtesy.
